Wow, what color: beautiful! I watched the video and I"m really tempted to try this. I love spicy condiments and pickles. Eating them with rice as suggested in the video sounds good; let us know any other yummy ways you find to use them.
Thanks, Rose! I'm a kimchi fiend and will eat them all by themselves, but I do want to have them with rice. I bet they'd be great on a spicy Asian-style tofu dog or burger, too.
